Mobility & Flexibility: How to Maintain Good Spinal Health with Dr. Hamza Saif

We were honoured to have chiropractic Dr. Hamza Saif with us yesterday to conduct an interactive workshop on spinal health. Unsurprisingly, many of our community members (myself included!) have poor posture as a result of an injury, sitting for long periods of time, or exercising with bad form to name a few.

During the workshop Dr. Saif enlightened the audience on the leading factors that result in poor spinal health. He also touched on how the spine, and by extension the nervous system, plays a pivotal role on the overall well-being of our body. To put it simply, we need to take care of our posture if we want to enjoy great mobility, flexibility, and prevent future illnesses that come from poor posture.
