
Women’s Morning Fitness Class

Here are the details for the morning fitness sessions:
Date: Each Monday and Wednesday, starting from January 6 – February 24
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Instructor: Dianne Thompson
Location: In the comfort of your home via live Zoom classes
Cost: $29 for 15 classes (that’s only $1.93 per class!)
Further Information: The Zoom link will be sent by email or WhatsApp to each registrant before classes begin.
